  2. My legs were shaking sm after this lol. At first I was like holy shit I’m not gonna make it I’ll stop after this set and then the 1 min rest starts and I’m like dope ok. And then I was like why not keep going. And I did and finished it. I feel accomplished

    day one "i m so so tired, it helped to put the feet like she does…i feel like it targets better the booty… also i did some pre glute isulatuon warm up

    Day 1. It was really hard for me and I made many breaks
    Day 2. Still hard but today without breaks. My ass hurt and I can not sit anymore 😂

    Day 1: omg! afterward, my butt was on fire! obviously no change yet😂 I suggest putting on your favorite jams for background music because it does feel like forever while doing the exercises. will update tomorrow!
    Day 2: it wasn't too bad! felt kinda sore from yesterday's reps, but it was pretty easy. not much of a change, but cant wait for tomorrow's rep!

  9. My friend keep telling me that my body was just flat,she mean back and infront were same, and said she can't recognize which is my back and infront!😬😬
    But, i'm sure, she will get shock, when i meet her again, by seeing my back poop out😁😁😂

  10. I will try this workout for 2 months

    Week 1 : 86 cm
    Day 1: ✅ +100 glutes bridges and 120 fire hydrants (60 each side)
    Day 2: ✅ +100 glutes bridges and 120 fire hydrants (60 each side)
    Day 3:✅ + 100 glutes bridges + 120 fire hydrants (60 each side)
    Day 4 : ✅ + 300 glutes bridges + 120 fire hydrants (60 each side)
    Day 5 : rest day
    Day 6 : ✅ + 100 glutes bridges + 120 fire hydrants (60 each side)

  11. Today is day 1 for me…. I'm going to continue to do this workout for 1 month to see what the results will be. I'm going to do before and after pics.
    I will have rest days for muscle growth but not sure how my routine will look yet. 🙂

    And maybe ı should say that ı am 170cm and 49 kg and my hips are 93

    I get results for real but ı will not keep going because this is really hard exercise ㅠㅠ
